Fusion Summer 2010
Fusion Summer 2010
Summer time is almost here. And with that comes the question. What will YOU be doing this Summer? Hopefully, this page will help you figure some of that out. Check out the events below to get more information on each of these incredible summer opportunities.
We kick off each Summer with an outrageous gathering from 6-7:30 pm outside by the basketball courts. As the name implies, things will get a bit messy. Make sure you dress appropriately. Invite your friends for this great evening. This event will take place on June 6.
Mark your calendars for June 26-30 for a five day event you do not want to miss! We will be joining students from all over the country to hear from an amazing speaker (Wade Morris), engage in high energy and passionate worship (Aaron Keyes) and learn more about what it means to be connected to God. There will also be tons of time to hang out with people from our group and with students from other churches. Our Conference will be hosted at Lee University (Cleveland, TN).

We are heading south on July 12 for a day of fun at Carowinds amusement park (we may tentatively spend the night in Charlotte- TBA). What is the point of this trip? Just to have a great time together and not get sick on the roller-coasters. Remember to invite your friends! To register, click here.
Attention al RISING 6th GRADERS. We are excited that you will be an official Fusion member in the Fall. But before Fall kicks around, we want to invite you and your parents to join us for a free evening of bowling and pizza on July 15 from 6-7:30 pm at AMF Lanes at 4508 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd. Deadline 7/11. Register here.
This is one of the best trips we offer each year. youth and their families spend a weekend camping together, sharing meals, hanging out and braving a white water river! If you have enjoyed our monthly potlucks, you will LOVE the Family Rafting Trip. This trip will take place on July 30-August 1 in Hartford, TN (same as last year). Each family is responsible for their own transportation, meals, and camping gear (feel free to car pool, share meals and camping gear, etc...).

Attention all RISING 9th GRADERS. If you are looking for an adventure and for an opportunity to spend time with some of the high school leaders and other rising 9th graders, this is the trip for you. As the name implies, the trip is a mystery- meaning we do not disclose our destination (parents, you will be given a detailed itinerary once all participants are in the vans). This trip is sure to help make your transition into high school the best one possible. Save the date for August 8-11. To learn more and register for this trip, click here.
In addition to the bowling party, we invite our RISING 6th GRADERS to a sleep over at CHBC. This event will go from 6 pm on Friday August 13 until 10 am on Saturday August 14. To register, click here.
